This notice explains how we process the personal data you send us through the contact form on this website or by email, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
1. Data controller

We do not ask for special categories of personal data; please do not include them in the description field.
3. Purposes
- Receiving and answering your demo, meeting or quote request
- Handling correspondence and scheduling related to your request
- Preparing a quote tailored to your request
4. Legal bases
We process your data because it is directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. How we collect data
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website or through emails you send us directly.
6. Transfers
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. It may be shared only as far as necessary for the purposes above with our hosting, form delivery and email providers [PROVIDER NAMES] and with public authorities where required by law.

7. Retention

- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which it is transferred,
- have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected, and have data erased or destroyed where the conditions are met, including notification of these actions to recipients,
- object to a decision against you that results solely from automated processing,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request to info@holonext.com or in writing to [ADDRESS]. Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest. If you are in the EU, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
