Cookie Policy
Draft date:
This cookie policy explains how the HoloNext website uses cookies and similar technologies.
1. Do we use cookies?
Only if you allow it. When you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 cookies are set. If you choose “Reject” or make no choice, no cookies are set and no request is sent to Google. We do not use advertising, social media or live-chat cookies.
2. Google Analytics cookies
- _ga — stores a random identifier to distinguish visitors. Duration: 2 years. Provider: Google.
- _ga_40W7EPM727 — stores the session state (session count and start). Duration: 2 years. Provider: Google.
Purpose: to measure, in aggregate, which parts of the site are used and how often the contact calls to action are clicked. Advertising features, Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off (Consent Mode v2: ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization “denied”). Analytics data retention: 14 months.
3. Provider and transfers outside the EEA
Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. Data may be processed in countries outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, including the USA. For transfers to the USA, Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
[Legal review: confirm the cross-border transfer basis under KVKK Art. 9.]
4. Changing your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (key “hn-consent”); this is not a cookie and is used only to remember your preference. You can change your decision at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, Google Analytics is stopped and the _ga cookies are deleted.
5. Other content
Fonts, images and videos are loaded from the site’s own server. No content is embedded from third-party services. The contact form does not use cookies; the information you send is processed only to answer your request, as described in the Personal Data Notice.
6. Browser settings
You can also view, delete or block cookies in your browser’s privacy settings.
